Thelma and Louise Come to San Francisco

They arrived! Relyn and Robin (AKA Thelma and Louise) came to San Francisco to visit tangobaby and me. They started on their road trip early this morning in Oregon and arrived around dinner time. It looks like they had a roaring good time:

I can’t wait to share this beautiful city with them!

I think you four will have a blast! What a great destination. Can't wait to hear about it.

I will be having a rendezvous with two blog friends after the wedding August too - two are each driving 5 1/2 hours to meet at our cottage.

Now that they've found a place to park (welcome to SF indeed), I'm sure they'll love this place as much as we do!

I'm so relieved that they did not jump off the cliff :-)!

Send my regards to both of them. And also to Tango, my erstwhile regular fellow blogger.

Greetings from London.

No doubt you'll have a blast showing them around the beautiful SF (oh, I'm so homesick). Enjoy every minute and take lots of photos, please! xo

Oh, we do love it as much as you do. It's nothing less than amazing. Of course, it's after midnight and we're about to go on another parking hunt.

So, ask me again tomorrow. I hope we'll actually have a parking place by then. Just picture us circling all night long waiting for someone to go to work.

Dear Ruth,
We have having a great time! I look forward to hearing about your blog camp. I think it would be called Blog Camp 1.6, using Julochka's numbering system, since it will be held right after Blog Camp 1.5 in London. What an honor to have someone drive for 5 1/2 hours to see you.

Dear tangobaby,
It's a shame parking is so dang difficult in this town. I think they are falling in love with SF.

Dear Cuban,
We had to concentrate very hard not to drive off the cliff when we drove along the coast on Highway 1.

Dear Paris,
I hope you come to SF soon. I'd love to meet you here!

Dear Relyn,
I'm so glad you had great parking karma; I'm so sorry you had a hard time finding the freeway.

Dear Yoli,
Actually, I've known Julie since before she donned the title of "tangobaby". She IS a wonderful person!
