Sometimes I feel so out of it, DB. I've never heard of Wendy Addison or her creations. Now I won't forget her, thanks to you. I wonder what YOU chose to take home with you? :)
Now that looks like my type of hangout! Every time I look at these pictures I see something else I want! :) Very cool little details! Hey, virtual shopping is much less expensive than being there, my husband will love this new form of shopping lol
Dear Ginnie, You are not out of it, far from it. I had never heard of Wendy Addison either. I met her and her daughter at the San Francisco Gift Show at the convention center a few weeks ago. I thought their booth was wonderful.
Dear margie, I bet there are some Somerset contributors who are customers of Tinsel Trading Company. Did you see our mutual friend's Robin Laws' recent article?
Dear Relyn, My sister and I went to the San Francisco Gift Show at the Moscone Convention Center. The Tinsel Trading Company booth was one of our favorites. Unfortunately, the lighting was very poor so I had to set my ISO at a ridiculously high level.
Dear susanna, Unfortunately, since this was a wholesale show, they did not have a cash & carry option. I love the vintage alphabet ribbon (first photo) and the oversized glass glitter letters (second photo). I would probably use them for an event.
Dear Susan, I wasn't able to buy anything that day, but I've bookmarked this store on my computer and in my mind. I would probably use some of their glitter products for a wedding or bat mitzvah.

Superb. Looks like a medieval sale.. :)
Yes, I did think it needed glitter on my little house. I may add that later. Love all this glittery stuff.
Thanks!
Oh, could I have some fun here!!!
This looks like a wonderful place to visit. So many goodies, and I love your photographs of it!
This looks like a great place to go exploring through!
It looks chaotic and yet logical, if you know what I mean. Great photos.
Greetings from London.
Plein de jolies choses, déjà Pâques en perspective !
Bon week-end !
Lori

Lovely feminine crafts. Is that what they are selling? Thread, ornaments, decorations for crafters? Looks intriguing.
Oh, lucky, lucky you. A trip to Tinsel Trading Co is on my bucket list. Seriously. Were you in New York or did they have a show in CA with Wendy?
Dear Ruth,
I love their font choices. I think that's what gives this booth the nostalgic feeling.

Dear Visioplanet Photographer,
Thank you. Your photo of the damselfly is fantastic!
Dear Marilyn,
Great! The glass glitter that Tinsel Trading Company is extra shiny and gives it that vintage feeling.
Dear lisa,
These photos are from their booth at a Gift Show. I hope to visit their store in New York one day.
Dear Kala,
It totally was!
Dear Cuban,
Logical chaos - I like that!
Cher lorilaire,

Dear Vagabonde,
The Tinsel Trading Company began as a metallic thread and trims, but now they offer many craft supplies.
Dear FP,
Thank you for your visit and welcome to Dutchbaby!
Dear Relyn,

Wait a sec...Where is this? Not in New York City? So what did you buy?
Oh wait...you answered my question in one of the other comments...Tinsel Trading was showing in San Francisco. Shoulda read all the comments first!

Nice! What did you buy, and what will you do with it?

Dear Constance,
Of course you already know about TTC and the Addisons and you do them proud with your creations!
Dear Susan,
I wasn't able to buy anything that day, but I've bookmarked this store on my computer and in my mind. I would probably use some of their glitter products for a wedding or bat mitzvah.
