I can't believe those are macaroons...they look too smooth and all those peculiar colors....but if they are, indeed, macaroons I'd eat every single one of them, two minutes flat...no, maybe a couple of hours, a few days, a week...and be happy...
They are macaroons made of ground almonds and loads of sugar. The colors can be attributed to the different flavors: pistachio, raspberry, chocolate, vanilla, and mocha. A tower like this would not last long around my house.
