Between Posts - Still in a Fog
Thank you for all your wishes, prayers, and good thoughts for my mother. Her femur is healing beautifully, but unfortunately her mind is on vacation for the time being. She lives next door to my sister now, on the other side of the Golden Gate Bridge, where she receives 24-hour care.
I don't have the bandwidth to resume blogging, but Pinterest keeps my creative juices flowing, even if only for five minutes a day. I hope to return to blogging here in the new year.

Take care! Pinterest is a fun place to keep the creative juices flowing.
So glad your mom's femur is healing beautifully, DB, but so sorry her mind is on vacation. (sigh) Small pleasures remain in those five minutes a day!
I am so glad your mom is doing okay.
Glad you are taking some time for you, even if it's only five mintes at a time.
xo.
I was so great to meet you in New Orleans. I am happy your mother’s injury is healing and sorry about the rest of her illness – it is not easy sometimes to mend completely. I am still thinking about SF but we had to have a brand new air cond/heating system installed today and need a new water heater, so that is making a hole in the budget. We’ll see…
I miss you, friend I am thinking about you and praying for you and Oma and everyone who loves her.
You are where you are needed. Your creativeness is missed. STUNNING photograph - looks like you see beauty wherever you go.
Miss you, friend.
I wish your mother a quick recovery.
Greetings from London.
I miss you, dear heart. Call me if you need to talk. Please do.
Hi Friend,

Oh, friend. I do miss you.
Thank you to all of you for your concern and prayers. My mother's surgery was a success and she's becoming more comfortable in her new home every day.
I hope to be back here in the new year!
